The Problem We Solved

Growing D2C brands were managing shipments across 5–8 carrier portals simultaneously — logging into each one separately, printing labels manually, and copy-pasting tracking numbers into spreadsheets. Customer support teams had no centralised view of where orders were, returns were handled over email, and rate shopping across carriers was impossible at scale. As order volumes grew past 500/day, the ops team became the bottleneck.

Solution

What We Built

We built a single unified shipping dashboard that abstracts all carrier complexity behind one interface. Smart carrier selection automatically chooses the fastest or cheapest option per shipment based on rules the ops team configures. Bulk label generation processes hundreds of orders in seconds with a single click. Real-time tracking webhooks from all 15+ carriers are normalised into a single feed and surfaced to customers via branded tracking pages. A self-serve returns portal lets customers initiate returns without contacting support, generating reverse-logistics labels automatically. AWS SQS handles the async processing so peak order volumes never cause timeouts.
