LBSTI is a Learning and Training Management System built for large enterprises that need to manage regulatory compliance training, employee certifications, and continuing education across multiple departments and geographies. It replaces disconnected LMS tools and spreadsheet-based tracking with a single platform that handles everything from course delivery to audit-ready compliance reporting.
The Problem We Solved
Enterprise HR and L&D teams were managing training compliance across hundreds of employees using a patchwork of tools — an ageing LMS for course hosting, Excel for certification tracking, and email for reminders and approvals. When regulators asked for compliance evidence across 12 frameworks, the reporting process took weeks to compile manually. Completion rates were low because learners had no visibility into their own progress, and managers had no way to identify who was falling behind before a deadline hit.
What We Built
We built a unified LMS tailored to compliance-heavy industries. Role-based access gives HR managers, department heads, and learners each a tailored view. Course content — including SCORM 2004 modules, video lectures, and live Zoom sessions — is delivered through a single interface with progress tracked at the item level. Automated email and SMS reminders via SendGrid and Twilio nudge learners before deadlines. Certificates are generated automatically on course completion with tamper-evident QR codes. The compliance dashboard gives HR a real-time view of completion rates per regulatory framework, exportable as a PDF audit report in one click.
